Yes for comments contest there will be 3 winners on each week of this month. This weeks contest ends on July 7 as I've said before. The winners for other prices except comments will be announced on July 31st with 3-5 winners. So we will have about 15 to 20 winners in total.
And Yes I'll choose the winners personally.
