Today I have surfed the web and have seen thousands of blogs using performancing ads, but the sad thing is that there where no advertisers offering any ads or paying for the ad space. So now, I would like to share several strategies with which you can easily make money online with performancing ads.

Strategy 1

Tip Step-1

Place your performancing ads block on top. Most blogs that I have visited have placed their perf-block at the bottom of their blog pages, while keeping the free ad blocks like card systems (EntreC) at the top. There are no advertisers that want to place their ads at the bottom of the page, unless the site is extremely popular. It is very important to place your perf-ads block at the top.

Also make sure that the ad block is placed together with other ads on your site!

Tip Step-2

Next thing that might be also very productive is to book your own ad space – with the rules of performancing ads you have the right to book your own region with your own ad, several times a month. And also subscribers! Do you use bloglines for your subscribers? To be honest I don’t. Therefore, one of the main things that a blogger can do in this situation is either to get better stats for his blog (does take time) or to lower the price which will definitely impress any advertiser.

Tip step-4

After you have done step three make sure to maximally promote and show how low is the price to advertise on your ad space. You can write something like: “Lowest price ever only $0.30″, “Place your ad for only $0.30″, “Take your chance! Only $0.30 offer expires today” place the text just above the ad space.

Tip step -5

Ok, now we all know that $0.30 is nothing and not even worth of placing a link for somebody right? Exactly so now comes the best part of this article. At the same exact moment when you’ll see the ad appearing on your blog, start to gradually increase your price for the peformancing ad space. For example after $0.30 make it $0.60 it is still too low for your ad space and will still bring more advertisers to your blog. When you will have about 3-5 booked regions and knowing that this will be shown to the advertisers start increasing the price for your ad space in a step-by-step manner. Stop a little bit when you reach the desired price and continue increasing the price if you feel the chances are high.

Strategy 2

Another great and simple strategy is to keep the price low for the ad space. This seems really sad isn’t it? Yes BUT, on the other hand create as many ad spaces as possible. This can make you a small but constant income every week even if the ad price will be $0.90.
