In this post I will share some solid marketing tips for Amazon affiliates. How I have boosted my sales to 25% and how you can use this technique to get the best results from Amazon affiliate program. But before, we have to improve some essentials like twitter followers. The more twitter followers you will have the more chances of sales you’ve got. Especially if your main followers are from U.S, I can guarantee it will bring you much more sales and profit consequently. When I mastered this trick I’ve made 25% more in 1 week only.
So that you can achieve the same or even better results we will do the following:
Set up our basic accounts, connect Amazon with Twitter and set the automatic posting from Amazon rss feed.
This technique is utilizing Amazon affiliate rss feed, that is regularly updated. I believe this is a good combination between Amazon and Twitter.

Set up your basic Affiliate accounts

Here is some required equipment.

1. Twitter Account
2. Amazon Affiliate Account
3. Twitterfeed Account (twitterfeed.com)

Ready? Ok let’s start; Now when you have your basic accounts established, get an Amazon affiliate RSS link.

Here is the sample for the link:

Change the KEYWORD with your own keyword, and YOURID-20 with your Amazon affiliate ID, this is the sample of mine:
http://www.amazon.com/rss/tag/handbag/new?length=10&tag=waiicl-20

My suggestion is not to choose electronics category, it’ll definitely break your heart when you’ve sold a product valued for $1400 and get only $25. Sales from this category will only give you $25 per sale… you could earn much better if you sell a lot of women’s stuff or clothing.

Connect Amazon with Twitter

When you have your link, go to twitterfeed.com and set your feed for your twitter account. If you have several twitter accounts don’t worry, they allow you to set multiple feeds to multiple accounts. Now click “Create new feed” in your twitterfeed dashboard, fill the feed name with your own feed name, and set the advance settings for an update frequency like: post prefix, adjust hash tag for the post prefix, and if you want to track your clicks, you can use bit.ly Api settings.

In this step we can choose to be in the post where we feed it, it’s easy, just fill your id & password, or authenticate twitter using OAuth. They also provide another services like: Laconica, Pingfm, Hellotxt, and Facebook.

OK you’re done now relax and just wait for the results.
