What is a Knol? Google’s service

The new service by Google the “Knol” has just appeared on the web. This is an encyclopedia which is very similar to wikipedia but very different in detail. Knol in its creation is a unit of knowledge, the very exact space to write anything about any topic you have knowledge about. This is something like a space which can be used by any person to create it’s own articles, users can leave comments on your Knol and provide feedback. The very important thing is that you can get a great search engine visibility if you write good articles. Google has stated in it’s Knol Content Policy : You may use Knol to create articles for your business or to promote your lawful products or services
